Filipinos may have noticed the TV commercial (TVC) of Noynoy Aquino, a presidentiable. The said TVC was star-studded with actors and artists from the two biggest TV stations, ABS-CBN and GMA7. It is longer than usual TVCs -- three minutes.
Noynoy Aquino is a senator in the Philippines. He is the only son of the late Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino and late President Corazon "Cory" Aquino.
